Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I am trying to load software and get the warning that, "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C\Program Files\****. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."

I’ve had this happen once before on a software load, but can’t remember how I got past it (Embarassed) … Given that I _am_ ‘administrator’ (on XP w/ SP2), can anyone tell me what’s happening?

tia, David
