Hi, my mouse moves by itself, when I am changing windows it takes several movements to enter the new window, the pointer moves to the corners and desapear when passes on top of new window.
I checked for viruses and spyware and nothing, I uninstalled my old mouse and keeps doing it, somebody has an idea of what can I do?
I have a compaq presarion 2500, windows xp and I have an optical mouse HP.

I found the solution...
some red mouse pads dont work, if the surface you use is reflective just a bit, the optical sensor on the mouse wont know how to react. So my mouse was going crazy and did not do what I wanted to do.
