One of our admin people uses a machine that others can get to. There is a folder on the hard drive she'd like to protect.
I know I can create another user to log onto the machnine, but my questions are:
1. Can I password protect each account icon on the desktop (or just the admin's icon)
2. Can I hide a certain folder on C:\ if the "Guest" logs on?

Thanks!

Okay, it was a bit easier than I thought.

1. Go to Control Panel / Users Accounts / Change the way users log on or off

2. Un-check "Use the Welcome screen". This will now use the classic option where users are prompted for a username / password

3. I set the Computer administrator User Account name to this person's name, and set the password to what they'd wanted. Also, I created a "Guest" User Account for those who need to use the computer, but don't need to see these certain documents.

4. Told this user who needed the security to put sensitive documents under:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator

5. Now, only she can view the above folder when logged in as her account, and "Guest" users can't see this folder and it's contents
