With Nvidia Dual View activated and Media Center 2005 I have noticed that if
I maximize the Media Center after dragging it to the TV for viewing that my
mouse is frozen on that display. Does anyone know if there are settings in
the Nvidia software that I could change to correct this issue?

I believe that Nvidia recomends not using dual view with MCE

What drivers do you have? Nvidia has drivers especially for MCE

Those drivers are old.

You are better off moving on to the latest version

http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.85.html

They include the enhancements found in the 77.79 MCE version.
