windows keeps restarting

i get to my desktop and after a few seconds it restarts itself. It is working
now, this is the second time i got it to work. i did a virus scan and it was
clean. im scared to restart or shutdown. When it was down i would try to go
in safe mode it just keeps restarting. So if anyone could plzzz help i would
apreciate it
