Making chapters on a DVD

Ive been burning live shows of a friends band on to DVD. There are usually 5
different videos on each dvd. The DVD burns fine but when i watch it and hit
the next chapter button it doesnt go to the beginning of the video. it just
goes to a random spot in it. how can i create chapters to be at the
beginning of each video.

not with Movie Maker... chapters are done with your DVD software...
