| Hi, new to the forums. i have a laptop that had windows me on it. i got an old copy of windows xp (it didnt have service pack 2), so i tried to replace me with xp. the computer didnt let me do this. so i deleted windows (dumb mistake) thinking i could just pop in xp after it was deleted. now i can't get the xp disc to install. what should i do? it is a compaq CM2080 with 512 MB ram and 40 gig hard drive. can i get a system disk for this particular computer anywhere? |
