Can't access Owner's Document file after reformatting |

Hello. I hope someone can help me with this.
I recently did a system restore (with backup option). When I try to access the file C:\My Backup -- 25-06-09 1230\Documents and Settings\owner, I get an "access denied" message. My AV scan goes through the files (I can see them being scanned) so I know that they are there. I know, I know, I should have used an external hard drive to back up.
Is there anyone that can help me with this?
