Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to have programs that can only be accessed by ONE account on my PC? I have just created a new account that I'll use for entertainment but it has all the same programs as my other account.

Also, deleting programs in the new account deletes them in the old account too.

Surely I'm missing some major detail here. I'd really like the two accounts to be independent. Can you help?
