I got an e-mail from a friend asking for help with her messenger 7.0.

She says she sometimes gets an error signing in and to file a report.
I've never heard the "file a report" before. That's all she wrote.

I can get more info from her if need be.

Sounds like a general program crash. I don't think your friend can do much about it. I always ignore the report option and re-open the program.

I believe that's what it was after getting more details about it.
It prompted to let MSN know about the error....that was the report. I've seen that.
She's running Windows 98,too. So, this is the wrong forum.LOL
