nvidia geforce6100 component

I builded a component for nvidia geForce 6100.
During fba appears the blue screen:

driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_operations

stop 0x000000CE (0XF6EC4F30,0X00000000,0XF6EC4F30,0X00000000)

The cause is NV4MINI.SYS.


How can I manage This?
