I have WindowsXPpro

I can print and fax OK but I cannot get the spooler to work on any printer
or fax.

I have been to the "Printers & Faxes" section and set the options to:-
1/ "Spool print documents..........."
2/"Start printing after last'''......"

but still I cannot get spooling.

Please help, Frank

When you try to start the print spooler, do you get an error message?

Are you using XP Home or Pro and are you using any Norton/Symantec Product?

I have Windows XPpro and the printers are:
HP3100 printer/fax (default printer)
OKI C5100
Seikosha BP5780II
Fujitsu DL5800

No there is no error message, and I am not using any Norton/Symantec
product.

If there is no error message, then the spooler is started.
