My printer will only print the logos not text. I have a bubble jet (cannon)
BJC2100. It stopped printing, I have Windows XP with sp2.I think I have lost
the file. The error event ID 6161. I would appreciate any help.

Ensure you have all your Microsoft Office updates and uninstall and
reinstall the printer...

Thank you for your help, I did all the things you told me and it did"t solve
the problem. The update on the drivers said that my printer was't commected,
or the printer wasn't turned on. When I tested it printed graphis's but not
text. Which dll file am I missing? I tried respooling and that didn't help.
What are my options? Any more help would be helpful. Thank you again for
your fast response.
