Hello,
I was googling on this subject, but I couldn't find an exact answer. If
I would like everything to be in English in XPe but I the end user would
need to change keyboard (like in XPP on the taskbar) enter some data
that includes some Central European special characters (like Romanian,
Czech, Polish languages have) I have only to install:
-Regional and Language Options
-English Language Support
-User Locale: English - New Zealand- and the others with visibility 500
-Language: English (New Zealand) - and the others with visibility 500
-Fonts: Western Europe font substitute
-English MUI Resource
-different Codepages automatically suggested
AND
-keyboard: Croatian (and the other Central European keyboards)
-Text Services Framework and its dependencies
Is the above enough? Thanks in advance.

Also:
- Add "International Control Panel" component
- Add "Tray Icon Add/Remove Support" component
- Set "Show Notification ..." checkboxes on "User Interface Core" component's settings page
