Cannot install Fax Services |
|
|
Hello,
I am trying to get faxing in Windows XP Pro SP2 going according to the info
given at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/learnmore/crawford_02october21.mspx.
I ran into the following problem. I select "Fax Services" under Windows
Components, click on Next, and then I get an error message stating that:
Setup cannot copy the file fxscount.h_ Ensure that the disk labeled "Windows
XP Professional CD-ROM" is in.... Copy files from: E:\I386
I then browse to that location, and the file in question is there, but I
keep on getting the same error message.
Any suggestions?
Kind regards,
Pieter Kruger |
