I have tried to recover my hard drive with the recovery console but it is
not working I don't no what to do please HELP?

One would normally use the recovery console to repair XP not to recover
the HDD.

If you have a full version of XP on a CD (full rather than a recovery
CD that some manufacturers provide) then you could take a look at:-

Thanks but i was trying to repair XP because of the login loop and the
instuctions
-- was not real clear how to use the recovery console but i did a little
more reading and I was able to get it right. Thank You.
