HP Deskjet 1220c not printing

we have a HP HP Deskjet 1220c connected to our Novell network via netgear.
It is installed as an NDPS printer with Pcounter. When we print it charges
money, says printing but nothing come out of the printer.

What can be the problem? How can it be fixed? Help is much appreciated.
