Cannot Share Files |

I want to set up my laptop and desktop to share files. The laptop can
recognize (XP), cannot recognize my desktop (98). My wireless set up works,
I can receive mail and get onto the net. I can also remote print.
When I select the Hard Disk on my laptop, I go to file sharing. I then
click on Share this Folder , I get the following message: An error occurred
while trying to share C. The Server service is not started. The share
resource was not created at this time.
What do I do?
