Can't connect using remote desktop to my work computer |

Hi Everyone,
Here is my problem. I can't log on to my Windows XP pro computer at work
from my home. I have set everything perfectly but it still won't let me
connect.
Work Senerio
At work I am running Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 3. I am currently
on a Domain. My DHCP server is my wired Linksys router. I have a static WAN
IP address, subnet mask and a default gateway. My modem connects to my land
router and my router connects to all the other computers in the office. All
my workstations have static LAN DHCP address. All the workstation firewall
has open the correct port for listening for remote desktop. I have changed
port number on other workstations so I can log on to each PC from WAN IP
address instead of using computer names in a LAN enviroment. For example i
would type 10.102.6.112:3388 in remote desktop client to log on to my PC
at work, but it does not work. If i were use my collegue's PC at work and
use remote desktop it works beautifully. I would type in the same address as
I would at home and it works. So I know it can't be my router that is
blocking it. My router has port fwd all the ports to the right static LAN
DHCP address. It has to be my server 2000 with Service Pack 3 or the
individual workstastion configuration that is not abling it log on. I just
can't figure it out.
I have done everything to the "T". So can anyone help me out here.
