Hi

My computer chraseh last week and I reinstalled Win XK and Office 2003
When I try to open up a encrypted word document I get a failure notice that
I don't have access to the file.
How can I solve this issue?

What sort of encrypted file. Encrypted how. If windows it's gone for good.

I think it's good you lost your document. You shouldn't have been using encryption.

Markus;
If you encrypted your data, it is as good as gone unless you have access to
the original profile or keys.

See Step 1 on the above link if it is an Ownership issue and not encryption
issue.
