Can't delete Virtumondo adware trojan |

After running Microsoft anti spyware and every other main spy and adware
program, I keep getting the virtumondo adware trojan which the MS Antispyware
says it quarantines but it appears again at every scan.
I cannot get my computer to boot in true safe windows mode. After pressing
the f* key it gives me the screen option which I click to get into SAFE MODE
but then it always ends up with a blank BLACK screen with the words safe mode
in the corners and no icons.
Any help other than a complete system wipe is greatly appreciated.
