Humm just got Win Messenger working and I can't figure out how to change the
size of the video window. It currently only covers less than 3% of the area
of my display! How do you do it?

Greetings,

Unfortunately you don't -- only MSN Messenger or Office Communicator can do this.

I guess MS must know what they are doing but sometimes I wonder :-)

You can enlarge the video size in Windows Messenger (not only MSN
Messenger) up to 2x or even full screen by using the free add-on
http://ml20rc.msnfanatic.com/download.html

Alternatively, QuickCam® Communicate™ STX promises to achieve this option.

I did not yet try it out myself, though.
