Where can I get the files msgrua.h and msgrua.idl.
We are looking to implement the IMessenger Interface.

Normally you can pick up one, if not both, at
http://messenger.jonathankay.com except the site seems to be down at the
moment. It used to be at the MSDN site I thought??? I can't seem to find it
there. However I did search and came up with something but I'm going to tell
you that I do not know the source and have no way of giving any verification
of these files:

While if it was on Mr. Kay's site I'd have no issues with it but it's not so
I'm going to recommend you at least exercise normal precautions.
