I got an email with attachments with a total of 3000KB and I am trying to
forward it to a friend. When sending it starts to load and then stops. Is
3000KB more than Outlook can handel??

No but it may be more than your ISP allows. You are trying to send an mail
of almost 3MB, many ISPs won't allow a message larger than 2MB.
