Screen sideways |
|

My screen is turned sideways, how can that be straightened out? I work at a
school and I think a student may have banged on the keyboard.
Thanks, Nia Jean |

Some video cards have the option to rotate the screen to match newer
monitors that can be rotated.
Go to the Control Panel, then the "display" icon, then the "Settings" tab,
then click on the "Advanced" button.
There you should see at tab for your video control. See if there is
something in there about rotating the display.

I have had this happen to me too. You can try using the mouse to get to your
display properties to rotate the display, but when every movement is
backwards its real tough. Try using the "CTRL-ALT-Up Arrow" combination to
rotate the screen.
