Internet disconnect window

When i close down the internet by clicking on the right hand corner of IE5,
the disconnect window does not appear in the middle of the screen, why is
this?

In IE, Tools>Internet Options>Connections.
Highlight the connection and click Settings.
In Dial-up Settings click Advanced and check the box next to
"Disconnect when Connection may no longer be needed".

“Disconnect if idle for ……. mins”
