Missing my favorite show.

I have one TV station channel that works for a couple of
seconds then goes dead (ie black, no audio) which is
really strange considering I get all the other channels
just fine. Is it possible that some stations have some
form of blocking? The channel is CFCN channel 5 in
Calgary and I'm connected via cable (Shaw Cable).
