Is this possible. I have a third party encryption product encrypting the C
drive which seams to be prevent the dump file from being created. I thought
I could just install a second non encrypted HD and put the page file there
and point the dump file there. Is this possible. everything I've read so
far says that to create a dump file the page file has to be on C.

The dump uses it's own driver (so you can get a memory dump even if the file
system driver caused the crash) to put the data into the page file of the
"boot" partition. If the page file on the boot partition isn't large enough
you can't get a dump file no matter what you do.
