XP Pro blue screens saving a *.prn file to the Desktop or My Documents is
there and documented workaround of fix for this

Hi Mark,

I think if you can provide the EXACT Blue Screen Bugcheck code, things can
become very easy to resolve the issue. Also, I would appreciate if you can
update as at which screen exactly do u get the blue screen
