Alright, I tried to install Macromedia Dreamweaver on the computer, but it
wouldn't install, even though it had been on there a few months ago and then
it was uninstalled. So anyway, I tried installing it, it wouldn't install,
and then the computer restarted. When it restartedm it came to a black screen
with text saying to restart windows normally, or with safe mode, or with safe
mode with command prompting, or to restart it as it was before whatever
happened. I've tried restarting it all the differwnt ways you can choose
from, but it won't go into windows at all, and keeps restarting. I don't know
what to do at all, anyone pleas help?

Use your WindowsXP CD, and do a repair install. The CD is bootable.

Did you remove Dreamweaver from your programs folder?
Start<My computer<C:<Programs<look for Dreamweaver and right lick<remove.
Then try your install again.
