Now that I got my other questions answered, this one might be just a tad
tougher.

Is there a way to play my vcr through the hp tv tuner/dvr into my mediacenter
program, so that I can either watch the tape on the computer or capture/record
it to my drive?

Yes, just do what I did on my HP. Hook your cablie line IN to the back of
the VCR, then you need another coaxial cable going OUT from the VCR to the IN
port of the TV tuner on your PC. Within media center, you can watch what's
in the VCR...your VCR is either set to channel 3 or 4. I assume capturing
would work just like recording anything else, but I use third-party
applications. Intervideo DVD creator and Nero 6 for my video capturing seem
to be easier and give me more options.

Thanks. I'll try it later this week when I have time.
