I am in the process of adding an external hard drive to record all my movies
to, my question is about cache size and its effects on storing movies.
should I go for the 8mb cache that is $60 more than the 2mb cache? or is the
2mb enough?

If you're just going to use the drive to store
your movies, the size of the cache isn't really
going to make any difference.
