I have tried both fixes referenced by Todd Bowra [MSFT], forcing the reload
of MCX library and the GOJJGO's media player data base file copy fix. neither
worked for my particular issue.

The album cover art that I put in ( because th MSN Music sute either had the
wrong cover art or none) as folder.jpg's in each album file are not coming
through on the extender. The extender seems to be pulling some cover art from
MSN Music (again the wrong covers) while MCE on the PC is loading the art
that I put in.

Any suggestions??

I had a similar problem with the XBOX extender not displaying My Music the
same as my MCE PC did. For me the only way to fix it was to use Media Player
on the MCE PC to go through all my albums and use the advanced tag editor to
set the album and artist info to what I thought it should be and then use the
find album info function to get the right album art, track number, etc from
the Internet. Once I had everything displaying correctly in Media Player,
MCE did the same and then I deleted the current media player database under
the extender user directory (c:\Documents and Setting\MCX1\Application
Data\Microsoft\Media Player) re-imported my music on the extender and
everything came through fine.

Thanks I will try re-importing again using your method, but I am not
optimistic because this is my 3rd try. I have done the Media Player "advanced
tag editor" thing and everything on MCE PC is looking exactly the way I want
to.

Didn't work, but thanks. The issue continues to be the album covers that I
added as folder.jpg's they show up fine in MCE PC but are not showing up on
the MCX/TV
