Screw MCE2005 and MCX devices I just ordered a MAC Mini for use as a
wireless AP/ MP3/ Video server and low power HTPC!!! If it works I am gonna
order one for each TV! So not HDTV or playing FPS games but hey for basic
surfing and playback of media kinda hard to fault.

By the way I HAVE HATED Apple since the Apple ][ days but I am tired of
Microsoft, DRM bullshit, OEM manufacturer lack of support, patches that
don't come and the general cluster F*ck MCE is becoming. Was a good idea on
paper but as usual too many chefs...

Anyway, www.AVSFORM.com some guys already got their MAC minis and are
working through it. This will be my first MAC and may be my stepping stone
to exit winDOZE once and for all.

I hear ya. I'm hoping that when it's time to replace my
2004 machine that Mac will have a viable alternative. If
not, I'm still steering clear of MCE. There are alternative
solutions to do anything MCE can do, and do it better if you
look.
