I have about 20 users running on terminal server (2k3 Server). All
users are running Dell A940 printers, hooked up through usb
connections. The printers are set to automatically redirect to their
terminal server sessions. This worked perfectly for the past 2 weeks.
Today, one user, and one user only, cannot print. The document shows
as printing for a split second, and then disappears from the Terminal
Server print queue - the job never makes it to the local machine spool.

It's only this user's machine that has this problem. No matter what
account you sign in under on her machine, the problem persists.

The client machine event viewer shows the following message:
The description for Event ID ( 6161 ) in Source ( Print ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this
description; see Help and Support for details. The following
information is part of the event: Remote Desktop Redirected Printer
Doc, khavens, ACC02, RAW, 0, 0, 1, 0, \\MSACATHY, 0 (0x0), .

The server shows the following message:
The document Test Page owned by khavens failed to print on printer
ACC02 (from MSACATHY) in session 1. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of
the spool file in bytes: 83220. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total
number of pages in the document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client
machine: \\MSATS01. Win32 error code returned by the print processor:
0. The operation completed successfully.

I've tried everything I can think of... any suggestions?
