Computer had a virus and major spyware probs that disabled norton. Cleaned
all spyware and was told notorn was too corrupted needed to delete and
reinstall.
When i deleted norton and rebooted the puter it now has 2 error boxes with
the message can not load script control and an ok box.
I have tried to reinstall norton and it wont reinstall.
When i deleted norton i followed their instructions for removing from the
registry that is when the error boxes appeared.
I have also found now that i can not access help and support or system
restore i click on restore and all i get is a white box and nothing happens
when i click on help and support.
I know this is some sort of registry problem but i dont know how to fix it
please help im desparate.
I tried downloading scripten.exe from microsoft and received a certificate
error message.
Windows update does not work either.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
