I just watched the keynote from bill gates at CES and i saw that Philips was
coming
out with a universal remote for media center. When and where can i buy one
of these?

You may want to check this link out. In addition to having a MCE template
included, it also supports UPnP Control Point technologies. It is not out
yet, but should be "very soon."
