i cant get my printer spooler to start, it comes up with 'error 1068'

can anyone help please

error 1068 seems to be The Dependency Service or Group Failed To Start.

The only service that the Print Spooler depends on is Remote Procedure Call
(RPC).

Hi,
I have had the same problem on my computer - what would i do (in the
simplest terms) to get the printer spooler working ??
