I have a new j.v.c. gr-d200 ek digital camera, I can replay video on a TV
but am unable to download onto my computer, a camera fault was suggested
also software, the whole outfit was tried on another computer where it
worked it ,was then tried on another and did not work, help please Tom |

I don't know your camera. With many of them, you need Quick Time software to
play the video file. You can get a version of it for free:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
Check your manual, it should tell you the software you need to play the
video. It may be that the "working" computer already had this software and
was able to open the file.
