Photo Story 3 Cannot Install

Every time I try to install Photo Story 3 to my Dell laptop, I get the error
message, "Error 28000.Generic Custom Action Script."

I have tried to download the file from tinyurl.com, same problem. Any
assistance would be appreciated.

Make sure you are logged in with Administrative privilages and are installing
from a non-networked drive. The administrative privilages thing is the most
important. I also highly recommend disabling and spyware protection and any
anti-virus protection apps during the install.

Also, I believe that you must have Windows Media Player 10 install in order
to install Photo Story 3.
