Hi - I wish to create my own application (with forms etc.), to allow users to
create photos based on a video feed using the video capturing facilities from
an off-the-shelf product like Movie Maker if I can.
Is it possible to do this with Movie Maker (or any other product?) - has
anybody done this? Any suggestions appreciated.

You can do this with Cyber Link Power DVD.
