Photo viewer disappeared when SP2 loaded

Since I loaded Service Pack 2, I do not have the option of scrolling through
photos. If I double click on a photo it loads the jpg file and does not bring
up the scrollable viewer. Only way I can now see photos one after the other
is in slide show mode. Any suggestions?
