I have the Dell Axim X50v (640x480 capable) running WM2003SE/WMP10. What
values in the profile, should be to view the produced WMV in full screen and
smooth motion.

So far my options are below:
Audio: Quality VBR, Codec: WMA 9.1
Video: Quality VBR, Codec WMP 9 Image v2
Video format: Custom
Audio Format: VBR Quality 75, 44 kHz, stereo VBR
480 x 360 (anything above makes mtion jerky)
29.97Fps
Key frame interval 2 secs
Video quality 95
