I am having a problem with windows xp home shutting down on it;s own and
then rebooting on its own with a message that a serious error has occurred
having to do possibly with a recently downloaded device. On device manager
under disk drives there are three sony drives listed. Is this normal? Also I
did try to install a driver from a disk for a sony camcorder but it did not
show under imaging devices. It also did not show up in control panel,
cameras and scanners. I think this has something to do with my problem. sp2
is installed. |
