I just bought a Creative Nomad MuVo Mp3 player/USB port. I have windows Xp
professional. The player will not play the music and I think it may be due to
the fact that It hasn't been formated (the player) I followed the
instructions on how to format and the file It says I need is not there. I'm
not sure what to do..if this is my error or the players. Thanks for your time.

If you had read the accompanying brochure, you'll find that by formatting
the drive you've disabled it from playing songs/MP3s. You've deleted the
internal
application that plays the music. You can use it as an external drive for
other data or.....go to the below website (URL) and download the drivers
for it. You may be able to reinstall the necessary application. Check under
Downloads. If that doesn't work, you can try to return it for a replacement.
