I paste a word doc. set it to an icom it only show the words. The pic for the
icon is missing. I'm using a Windows XP pro & Office 2003 pro. My wife is
using Windows XP pro. & Office 2000 pro. She can get the icon pic. Any idea
why is not working for me?

We probably have a bit of a language difficulty here. Are you trying to
make a shortcut to a document you've made? If so, right-click the icon
for the document and then drag it to where you want the shortcut.
Release the right mouse button and left-click on Create Shortcut. If
I've misunderstood what you are trying to do, please post back with a
better description.
