Right Fax locks up Office |

Going through a right fax enterprise server, it locks up outlook whenever a
fax comes trough. Then I go through the task manager to end outlook, restart
outlook and I can open and view the fax. I've tried office 2000, office XP
and office 2003... it locks them all. Also tried installing the right fax
client and the windows based fax. This is not a problem in Windows 2000
using any of the office suites. Anybody seen this? |

Does the Right Fax program specifically state that it is compatible with
Windows XP along with whatever service pack you have installed?

Nope, Its an older version of Right Fax but we don't have the time/money to
upgrade at this current time so I'm just looking for a work around.

Well if the software wasn't certified for your version of XP and SP, then
you played Russian Roulette. Unfortunately you got the chamber with the
bullet - so you either have to check with the manufacturer for a patch,
purchase a new version of their software, get a new compatible software
package, live with it, or digress back to Win2k - your choice!
