I have a PIF file that took ages to get going..after some help here i managed
to figure out the problem with the command prompt. now some of the graphics
are unreadable and look like dotts where they words should be?any ideas?

Hi,

Dots (periods, actually) are what the system uses as a placeholder when an
ASCII code is outside of the normal range for the characters.
