JJ has given you the link. However, I would caution you to check that there
are 64-bit device drivers for all of your hardware before proceeding with
the upgrade to 64-bit, especially for after market addon cards. While the
32-bit compatibility mode works extremely well for software, it will not
help in the case of device drivers. These *have* to be provided for by the
manufacturer. If at all possible, I would suggest creating a temporary dual
boot to make sure you will be able to use the system as you are accustomed
to.
