Has anyone seen a the background wallpaper on a Windows XP desktop
duplicated? One copy is in front and offset from the first. Tried new
wallpaper and the same thing happens. Tried adjusting Display settings.
Anyone seen this before?

Check the settings in Display Properties, Desktop, Customize Desktop,
Web tab. Uncheck everything.
